Christine brings with her over a decade of experience as a Coach helping women get real results in their health, their body confidence and in their business.
After her first major body transformation and 30lb of weight lost in 2012, Christine has helped thousands of women using what she calls the CORE 4- the 4 variables that will ALWAYS be the answer to a significant and sustainable body transformation - how you move, how you eat, how you supplement and how you treat yourself.
Currently Christine is a full time Coach and mentor, a content creator and she reps brands that add value to her and her clients' menopause toolboxes.
She loves helping women over 50 break through barriers and achieve their goals. She’s feisty, loves all things fitness and food and is in love with being a mom and an entrepreneur.
